City of Decatur Fire & Police Training Center 4119 Old Hwy 31, Decatur, ALDecatur Fire & Rescue presents a free event for all special needs people and immediate family (caretakers). A night of fun with our Special Needs community. Free hotdogs, drinks, pony rides, face painting, candy, haunted house, & story time.

Halloween Story Time and Trick-or-Treat Train

After story time, kids and families can trick- or-treat through the library, where staff members will be set up at stations giving out treats. Be sure to wear your Halloween costume and bring a bag or bucket to collect your candy!
