Join us for a fun, hands-on program! Kids wlll learn about what an owl pellet is and how it’s made. We will dissect the pellets together. Presented by Dave Young from the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge. *Ages 6+*

In Story Time, we say poems and read stories around a theme. This session’s theme is Dinosaurs! After Story Time, we will play with dino bone toys. Children of all ages are welcome!
Decatur Public Library will join the Decatur City Schools S.T.E.A.M. Engine at Banks Caddell Elementary. We will be issuing library cards (adults please have your I.D.) and providing information about library programs.
Book Babies is story time for babies from birth to age 3 and their adults. We do bouncing rhymes and sing songs. This summer, we will focus on different dino books each week. This week, we’ll feature fairy tales with dinosaurs! After story time, we will play with toys.
The Food Bank of North Alabama will give away free fresh fruits and vegetables to members of the public. Lunch will be provided.
Decatur Public Library will be at the Morgan County/Decatur Farmer’s Market for Outreach & Pop-up Story Time. We'll have Story Time at 10:30am with Ms. Stephanie, free books for children, calendars for upcoming events, and we will issue library cards (please bring your I.D.
