Event Series: FYI Series

FYI Series – Holiday Peace: Taking Care of Your Mental Health During the Holiday Season

November 18 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

The holidays can bring a lot of joy, but they can also come with stress, family pressures, grief, loneliness, financial worries, and the feeling that we have to do it all. During our time together, we’ll talk about practical and realistic ways to care for our mental and emotional well-being throughout the season. We’ll touch on setting healthy boundaries, managing expectations, working through difficult emotions, and giving ourselves permission to slow down and experience the holidays in a way that feels healthy and meaningful.

All adults are welcome to this free program.
