Book Character Contest for Kids

Use a tissue box to design and decorate it to be a book character. Bring it in to Youth Services to be displayed from October 1^st to November 1^st.

• Must be turned in to DPL Youth Services by  October 10^th.
• Contest open to anyone under age 18.
• Designs must be child appropriate.
• Please write your child’s name on the bottom.
• If your child needs assistance please give it, but do not complete this for your child.
• Top three winners will get a prize. Winners will be announced on November 1^st.
• Pick up your character November 5^th – 9^th.
• We are not responsible for any damage to tissue box characters.
